Mr. Franklin's experience begins as a child prodigy in the art world in the 1940's, and continued onward through commercial productions of varying media in the 60's and 70's. His works have been featured in museums and galleries in such cities as New York, Dallas, New Orleans, Atlanta, and San Fransisco, and Mr. Franklin has acquired a renown reputation for producing "Exacting Reproductions", "Murals", and "Portraits" from photos.
